I had a pair of Boston Acoutic 6x9s in my 80 Z28. With a 100w amp, everyone thought I had sub woofers in my car.

Infinity's seem to be pretty good and reasonably priced.

Before you get a bunch of people just yelling out brand names and what they had in their cars in highschool. There are a few questions.
1. What is the media source and what is the power. Factory headunit, non amplified or factory amplified? Aftermarket headunit? Aftermarket amp? 2. What is the overall sound you are looking for? More bass? More highend? More of everything? 3. What is your budget? No use looking at $249.00 Diamond 6x9's when you only want to spend $49.00 4. Will they fit? What type of car? Not all 6x9's are the same size. I do this for a living IM me if you have any questions. |
