In honor of the 250th anniversary of Mozart's birth (01/27/1756), our church did all Mozart and Haydn compositions and arrangements. Simply wonderful and incredible. So motivated, I watched the movie Amadeus.

You do know that the play and movie had very little to do
with his real life, don't you?
Mozart and Salieri were actually good friends.
Salieri conducted some of Mozart's works while
Mozart was alive.

Yes, good movie.

But it's not really about the story (I can't imagine Mozart tittering all the time), it's about the music.

Yep.

And what great music it is.

Ah the music, I was trained to play the Cello. Motzart and Hayden are difficult, but do able. They were written for organ, harpsicord and strings as in violin and cello. The music can bring tears to your eyes.
