Computer geeks,

I've been offered to do side consulting for an establish software company that has recieved requests on the systems and networking side from their clients.  Avg. size it 5-50 users. VPN connections, email setup, server install, remote administration, disaster recovery, backup/restore, etc.  

They lack the skills and manpower to utilize the opportunities. but have the client lists and established realationships.  They just don't do what I do.  Just software and Application dev and support.

I'm currently working full time, but I'm not challenged and have alot of free time.  My projects are nada, and have been so for a year now.

What rate do you charge or what should I?

How much time would you to devote to it?

It will typically be evenings and weekend times, not daytime and extensive travel at times.
