Fuck.

So should I pay $100+ and spend a Saturday in traffic school ( ) or should I pay $100+ and get the points on my driving record.

I already called my insurance and they said the points wouldn't affect my premium because I'm a "good driver".

And I was just ONE block away from my work. Fuck. 54 in a 35. Of course anyone doing anything remotely CLOSE to 35mph on that road would be rear-ended or run off the road in morning traffic.

Fuck.

Take the school. Who knows when you will F up again. All though I think if you F up in a certain amount of time they can reinstate the points. Can't say for sure. just keep your record clean for future encounters of the police kind.

when I got my speeding ticket, I went to traffic school, it saved me about 43$ over the ticket.

Online Traffic school only takes a few hours, and you can logout and back in whenever you want.

Got a local guy that teaches what he calls a 'comedy' traffic school.  He's a freaking riot and while you do actually go over the corriculum that CA requires it's held in a decent restraunt and teh guy is freaking hilarious.  Felt like I was given a ticket to go to a comedy club.

We had a lady who was actually pulled over for 5mph over.    Another guy who was doing 130 or so mph in a 65.

No brainer man, traffic school.  What happens if by some stroke of misfortune you get another ticket within 18 months (the norm I think for most insurance companies time frame of 'bad driving')

Your premium will go up. Also, do you have it in writing that your premium won't go up?  Driver school is the way to go.

I predict at least  three pages or more of "bullshit JBT tax collectors!"

You can do it on the internet in Texas.  Might be worth the effort to check your State's allowances.

Hmmm... interesting.

I'm gonna have to check into that. Thanks.

can you take online traffic school?

I dont' know about you, but at my age (or lack thereof) any points or accidents is an excuse to jack up rates.

Did online traffic school a while back. Took a few hours, but I didn't have to give up a weekend day.
