Fun to listen to, easy to forget the names. I've been playing around with Napster lately, and I've got an urge to reminise about those flash in the chart type songs. Trouble is, I can barely remember any titles.

"Banditos" by The Refreshments. It came out on a cd titled "Fizzy Fuzzy Big and Buzzy" in 1996.
I bought the cd, but sadly it turns out the only song I liked was Banditos.

The Refreshments also did the theme song for King of the Hill.

There is a song called "Blue Monday" that came out in '99 or so, by a band named Orgy. It was actually a remake of a song by New Order.

Also (and I dont know the band) was the song "You spin me 'round"

"You spin me right 'round baby, right 'round, like a record baby, 'round 'round 'round 'round"

For the love of God, I don't understand my taste in music.

I can go from Metallica and Megadeth, to the Cure, to The Gin Blossoms and Counting Crows, to Cradle of Filth, to Depeche Mode.

But I'd rather get poked in the eye with a sharp stick than listen to a country song.

I've been to a couple "Country and Western" clubs around here. Seriously, I've tried, and for just that reason. But I just cant get into the goat-rapin' music.

Now, thin one time I unknowingly went to a Goth club................. that was an experience.
I'm a Meat-n'-Potatoes, baggy shorts and T-shirt kinda guy- I always have been. I went to this place in Harrisburg called "The Vault" with a buddy of mine once. EVERYONE in the place looked like they havent been outside in a month, and hadn't eaten meat in a year.
Ended up hooking up with this vampire Goth chick.
Wasn't a bad time at the club, I just stuck out like........... Well, like a 6' tall 210 pound High School Football Player/Wrestler in a room full of Norwegian Vegetarians.

I love that song! I saw them at a club here during the week or so that they were a hit. Great show, they have other good songs too.
