Failed state and raging tribal warfare like Afghanistan in the 90's; heavy Iranian influence; economy in the toilet; no functioning central government; the Kurds manage to keep some order in their little piece of the pie; terrorist playground

The country turns into a shit storm.

Independent Kurdishstan.

Civil War among the others; or at least a high intensity insurgency.

Price of oil sky rockets.  Economy tanks b/c of oil and energy prices.

Iran supports one side.  Embargos against Iran.

Basically it would be bad...very bad...

Insurgents run wild, take over everything in the country.  They attack and take over oil refineries and thus, take away Iraq's 5million barrels of oil per day they export; causing oil prices to skyrocket to $150+/gallon.

Everyone in the world will hate us and will be like, "Look, they pulled out without finishing the job, they are all liars."  And everyone will see us in a negative light.

Saddaam sumarily shot.  Ethnic cleansing of Tsunnis and many arab non-iraqis rounded up and shot.

Utter chaos.

The Suni's would be back in control tomorrow (Hussein restored to power), most of the Shi'ites would probably flee to Iran and the Kurds would all be buried alive in a mass grave. Entire mid-east region under one flag before 2010.

Meanwhile, Al Qaida would kill a few thousand (or million) more Americans in celebration, both on our soil and abroad. Israel would finally be driven into the sea. The United States' days as a super power would be over and we would be lucky if we came out of it with the power of France or Germany. (dimocraps all drooling for this...)

Edited to add: Oil futures trading tomorrow at $150-$200 per barrel, gasoline about $10 per gallon AND rationed.
