A freind asked me if this was legal.
He has up on an auction site some handgun ammo.
A 20 year old e-mailed him and told him he is going to be 21 on Friday, he wanted to know if he could buy the auction now and have the rounds shipped after he turns 21 on Friday?
What say you guys.

(Lets assume the kid can prove he's 21 on Friday OK)

Have him provide a copy of his DL, ship to the DL address and pay for the UPS Over 21 signature requirement.
