Just remembering the nordic track from  the 80's. It was the big aerobic exercise machine back in the day.

Pretty good aerobic workout, akward as hell until you got a hang of it.

Yes.  It was my favorite workout machine till the new elipticals were developed.  They pretty much do the same thing as NT but better.
