right click saving as............ thanks


i would suggest backing up your important data,  of course if it isn't already  

and do a fresh install.   then install a dual boot of some type of linux software.   or use a live cd to do your "surfing"

take your system to a local computer repair shop.   take the computer and original cd's  that came with the computer  tell them your problem.

we can spend hours and hours trying to fix the problem, or pay someone $150 bucks to fix your   computer issued
