No ... but my Browning Buckmark Varmint has a gold plated trigger (stock).

No but I have been offered a S&W 27 50th aniversary model with gold inlay for the 50th thing. My dad told me I could have it for $300.00 and it has never been fired. I think I may pick it up when I go to see him again.

The first gun I ever bought, Mossberg 20ga pump.  It had a gold imitation plastic trigger.

I'm with Paul.  My Browning shotguns have 7% more bling due to the gold-plated triggers.

Only one rifle with some gold engraving. Its a display piece, not a shooter. It only comes out of its shipping container about once every 4 or 5 years.

Have a couple of Colts to include a Colt Horse Talo. I just liked it and it was pretty cheap. The other one was a Chateau Theirry [sic] I bought for $200 bucks unused. Made a hell of a good cheap shooter. Not much gold left on that one.

No way, my toys were meant to be used.

I appreciate fine workmanship (say, on an old six-shooter with scrollwork on it, etc.) but I wouldn't use something like that.

I had a coworker once who had a 1911 entirely plated in gold. Talk about tacky.

My 1923 Luger has parts finished in "straw" bluing, looks gold like. Normally I am a gold-phobe, but I think it looks very nice on a commercial Luger.

My Marlin 39A has a gold plated trigger, but that is mostly worn off now. IIRC the rollmark on the barrel was gold filled but some #9 took care of that long ago.

You forgot the fourth option.  I have a flag with gold trim.  Does that count?  Otherwise, no, no, and no.

I have purchased gold trinkets, in order to secure some trim. Luckily, they were easy to sell later!

I hate gold trim, but I'll have to admit that my Browning Hi-Power Silverchrome came with a "gold" trigger and I left it that way.

I don't own anything with the gold trim.  I did think the gold plated .45's in FACE OFF looked pretty.  None of my guns look pretty.
