There's nothing like being a frontrunner for the biggest award in Hollywood to make a press-hating actor hang up his crankypants and play nice. Heath Ledger, who is an odds-on favorite to nab an Oscar nod for nuzzling up to Jake Gyllenhaal in "Brokeback Mountain," now admits that some of his run-ins with the press have been "out of line," but he proclaims his innocence over allegations of saliva-tinged bad behavior, according to Australia's Daily Telegraph.
