No. According to that, you're where other people your age, height, and current weight
think you should be.
Read the site. The number it spits out for 'ideal' weight is based upon
opinions by uneducated individuals.
That's not to say it necessarily is wrong, and doesn't line up with the way you and others think you should look. But it also does not purport to use any real scientific evidence to arrive at its conclusions. It's based on what someone 'thinks' they should weigh.
ETA: For instance. 275lb male, 5'8", 25 years old. Ideal weight: 213lbs. 213lb male, 5'8", 25 years old. Ideal weight: 182lbs. Now why isn't it spot on for the latter? Because it's a cheap opinion generator.
ETA Further: Apparently only 25 year old males that are 5'8" tall that weigh 152 pounds believe that their actual weight is their ideal weight.
