Amazing...  libs have been in power for decades (either through congress or the Presidency) and those same levees weren't upgraded.

Hmmm...  Maybe technically they are right.  While Billy Jeff was getting his knob polished by a fat girl in the oval office no one died right there, right then.  But to me, I look at the "opportunity cost."  What was happening on his watch while he was playing "let's hide the cigar" with Miss Lewinsky...

Let's see, Kosovo?  Somalia?  Waco?  The first attack on the WTC (with no response thus leading to the second)...  And there is no telling how many have been lost, or will be lost, due to the Klinton selling his soul to the Chinese and N. Koreans.

But of course I forget.  It is actually all Bush's fault.  Mostly because he is stupid.
