Yea a little bored tonight, but my neighbor never turns any outside lights on at night.
Not a light on the end of his driveway ,maybe a porch light or something.
Everynight the house just looks deserted.
Why does this bother me you ask? I don't know

Maybe he has some of those motion detector lights.

Go run through his yard in your underwear and a ski mask then report back!

I suggest posting multiple (at least a dozen) halogen floodlights on the perimeter of your property and directing them towards your neighbor's house. Connect them to a photosensor switch that turns the lights on at dusk and shuts them off at dawn.

You're neighbor will warm up to his porch light real fast.

IMHO keeping on lights late at night is a tell the owner is out late...Most of the lights in my neighborhood go out when ppl. go to bed...

Plus, there are these things called motion detectors...

if you walk really slow and wear a neoprene suit you can defeat the motion detectors. I saw that in a movie once.

maybe he wants to lower his power bill, I bet he doesn't have a BO plan either, fucking weirdo freak, I say move before its to late! He's probably making human jerky with his last neighbors.

I had to go outside and smoke a cig anyways because the wife won't let me smoke in the house.
I took my dog and put him on his leash so I wouldn't look like some kind of weirdo.
Went across the road to see if any motion detecter lights came on. Nothing happened.
