it was cheap too, 450 bucks.  I always wanted a no frills colt commander as a carry piece but this looks like it might work well also...

anyone seen one?

no i have seen the mil specs sold for years now, it is a champion but has no features it looks like a little mil spec, cute little bugger.

yeah thats what got me, it was the size of a champion but had GI spur hammer, no beavertail, no extended safety, it basically looked like the old commanders, that we use to build up back in the day before beavertails were on every 1911
