See 30 seconds on ARFCOM and my question is answered without undo fuss  Mailboxes etc has them, what about other copy/mail supply type stores like kinkos etc? |

Bank or your company's credit union will often have a notary - and they're usually free for customers/members.

Banks, major grocery stores, and places that work with shipping (UPS type places) often have one. They really don't give a rat's ass about what it is they're notarizing as long as you have your ID and money to pay them.

Go to your county courthouse and check with the County Judge's secretary, if she is not one herself, she will know someone in the courthouse who is.
They may not even charge you for the service since elections are coming up this year, but don't hold your breath. |

Banks have notaries and they are the best place to find one usually. They will notarize for a non-account holder for a small fee sometimes. I had my bank's notary stamp 4 CMP forms for me. Public offices also have notaries for various things. The local treasurer's office, sherriff's office, etc... |

This may sound strange, but check your local funeral home. Most of them have a Notary, in my town at least. That's where I get all of my documents notarized.
