Check out this LINKFEMA dumps tons of water because it was close to being expired. are there not still people some place in America that don't have clean water? Hell send that stuff to Iraq at the very least, want to improve our relations over there? It would be a small gesture to the thouthands of poor dirt farmers.

It would be extremely expensive to SHIP water to Iraq. Water is pretty heavy and not worth it's weight compared to other supplies.
