I'm a typical guy which means I have maybe 5-10 pairs of shoes.  Not a lot but I'm tired of them being in a disorganized lump in the bottom of my closet.

I know there are different options out there from racks, to over the door holders, to bins, etc.  

Can the hive mind give me the pros and cons of each.  What have you tried and either liked or disliked about it and why?

I wear a size 12R so any options have to take that size into consideration.
