I feel weak. Not super weak, like when you have the flu bad, but just weak enough that I don't feel motivated today and I am really tired. I felt better this mourning, but it's been getting worse throughout the day. My muscles are tender if I start up the stairs fast, but not sore to the touch. My esophagus is sore just below my adam's apple and feels swollen. My esophagus has been getting worse over the last couple of days.

What could I have? Or what is the most likely thing? So I can talk to my doctor about it on Monday.

Any AR docs have any advise?

Yeah... you got the crud..

Get some thera flu..

and deep gargle with warm salt water immediatly.. do this twice today and tommorrow.... the salt doesnt allow the bacterial infection in your throat to reproduce.. same as antibiotics..
