I work in a call center so some people consider me a telemarketers, Im not Im an inbound call rep, I provide billing support and tech support.  There is a difference there then trying to call you up and sell you stuff.  I might sell you something when you call me and need it but otherwise I dont sell, I might be the highest seller at work but in my opinion I suck at selling stuff.


I been getting these recently.  

First the home ones, always an automated call for something, if your gonna call me and piss me off atleast have it be a human I can cuss at.  

Then the ones on my cell phone, I get a call and it reads something unavailable, sometimes an 800 number, sometimes something like 0031.  I better answer it since it might be something useful, 0031 isnt a normal number maybe its ninjas or something calling to ask me to come learn to become a ninja.  

No its someone in Jihadistan who cant speak english that I can understand trying to sell my some vacation thing or perscription drugs (I asked if they had Oxycontin 160s, they hung up) no good to even cuss at them, they dont understand it.

I remember we used to have a place here that did telemarketing, it ddint have very good people, alot of crackheads worked there.  Place closed after the do not call list, they shorted everyone out thier last check, managment was gone, doors chained shut

Try to sell them something. That always confuses them.

Im on it, expect its hard to take any action againt place calling from overseas using VOIP acess.

I had to call and make a joke about someone using that line
