Not really, considering if it was a lowly civilian in Iraq there is no way we would be allowed to carry a gun.

I would guess the USO may have been moved by military transport. ...and whoever was in charge "overlooked" the personal weapon both ways.
Then again... he could have left it there as a gift to someone... he can probably afford to buy a ew one. |

I would not travel thier unarmed, and if the plane landed and I was that would change quickly. I do not thimk Iraq has any form of gun laws at all.
