For me, it was my first gun - an FEG PJK9HP, a Hungarian copy of the Browning HP.

It was super-super accurate, had a slightly worked trigger and a polished feed ramp. I could nail all 13 rounds in the scored areas of a B27 NRA target at 25 yards as fast as I could pull the trigger (about 8 seconds). I got it for $225, and sold it for $100.

You?

Nope.

Sold two guns that I bought in fits of stupidity. Don't regret selling them, either.

I try not to sell any. That solves that problem. I sold one FAL, but it had become a safe queen at that point. I still don't miss it.

Colt Sporter II Carbine Green label.  Awesome carbine!  I regret selling it but sold it before the ban expired and bought a LE 6520 for alot less.  I'm a shooter, not a collector, so it did someone more good than me...

This reminds me of the time I PAWNED my Springfield M1A WITH THE FIRST GEN SPRINGFIELD SCOPE ON IT for $750 so that I could pay rent on a failing business that went away two months later.

Guess I forgot that one when I started this thread. Goddamnit!

I sold my first gun, Ruger 10/22, that was stupid. I got more than I paid for it so at the time I thought it was a good move. Wish I still had it.

Stupid was also selling a EOTech 552 HDS for $200 because I needed some money.

Believe it or not, my Diasy 99 Champion with target peep sights. If someone finds it, I'll trade an AK for it...every single other gun I have had since has been replaceable.

Got it when I was 7 and was stuck to it for years. When I was an irreverant teenager and it was gathering dust in the closet, I sold it in a garage sale.

You get older and centimental about crap like that.

Few years back I had a russian sks stainless in mint condition.

Bought in the parking lot of a gun show for four-fifty.

Several, a Colt .25 pocket auto that was my Dad's. What was I thinking. A Ruger Security Six I sold to a buddy on the condition he sell it back if he ever got tired of it. His wife got custody of my gun in the divorce. A Taurus PT945 that hammer bit the hell out of me. Found out since that a grip sleeve may change the grip angle enough that it might not happen again. Great gun but it's hard to keep something that makes you bleed every time you shoot it.
