There's a big log of summer sausage sitting in the frige right now.  Is this stuff any good?  Should I try it?

Poll to follow.

Summer sausage with good cheese and brown bread. An apple sliced up and maybe some seedless grapes. Wash it down with good beer. That's a pretty good little meal.
