LOL, on my way in to work today there was a big sign on the freeway advertising "Aaron Lewis of STAIND!" performing at the local Indian casino.
I couldn't tell you the name of a single song save for an occasional partial tune caught while browsing the radio or MTV, but my first thought was "oh that's the guy that's always whining". |

So, lemme see if I got this right.... he's whining because he's not part of the establishement, and because those who are part of the establishment are as ugly inside as he is. Is that about it? Three things - First, that's stupid. What benefit / ill has he suffered in not being part of the establishmert? Second, who cares what poets / singers think? Third, 50 years from now, IF his music around, MAYBE then we'll see if it has any merit / social relevance. Basically, ignore him. |

Now now lets not forget, if you can't get over thinking you had a fucked up life, you may as well get rich off of it. What gets me is that the majority of musicians out there that make money off their "hard" lives they had as children grew up in nice, normal, middle class homes with both parents around and making a good effort. Jonathon Davis, lead singer of K0rn has admitted to having a great life growing up.

ugh. Coldplay. Chris martin should just shut up, too. MadTV did two funny spoofs of coldplay - one's online called "the narcissist". I'm not an oasis fan, but when I heard one of the guys from oasis ripped chris martin from coldplay, they gained a little respect from me. |
