I need a quick lesson on Dragons, their role in mythology, history and cultures. Are they all bad? Or are some good?

You really don't want to mess with the colored ones, the metallic ones are ok though.
The .223 won't do much, go with the .50 on this, trust me. TXL |

The best way to fight mythical creatures is with a mythical weapon. I heard that the SHRIKE has a 100% success rate against dragons.

Most Euro dragons are bad, most Asian dragons are good.
Except for of course, Godzilla but technically he isn't a dragon. |

Western Dragons bad, greedy, destructive.
Eastern Dragons good, wise, benevolent. ETA - SteyrAUG wins by 16 seconds. Black - evil, spits acid. Blue - kinda evil, breathes out lightning. Green - evil, spits out flesh-devoring green slime Red - evil, breathes fire White - kinda evil, breathes icy blast Gold - good, breathes fire www.angelfire.com/va/drgon/types.html That should keep you busy for a while. LOTR dragons - all bad. |

They are universal to all civilization. My theory is that folks dug up or discovered dinosaur fossils, and decided that they were bones of living creatures --- hence the original of dragon stories.
