Porn actress sought on child rape charges

(12-23) 12:00 PST RICHMOND -- A 20-year-old porn actress is wanted by police on child rape charges after allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy, giving him drugs and convincing him to run away with her to Oklahoma, authorities said.

A $10,000 felony arrest warrant has been issued for Genevieve Elise Silva, of Richmond, on suspicion of having sex with a child under 18, rape by use of an intoxicating, anesthetic or controlled substance, and detaining or concealing a child from his legal custodian, said Richmond police Sgt. Mitch Peixoto.

Silva allegedly met the boy, a former DeAnza High School student, through her brother and began a sexual relationship with him in June, Peixoto said.

The boy ran away from his home in El Sobrante and moved in with Silva in Richmond. In an interview with police, he said Silva had supplied him with methamphetamines, ecstasy and marijuana.

At some point, Silva, her mother and the boy moved to Roosevelt, Okla., where Silva and the boy continued their relationship and their drug use, Peixoto said.

The boy's family located him after questioning other students at the high school, called police in Oklahoma and in October retrieved their son, whom they placed into a drug rehabilitation center in another state. Apparently, the boy had been bragging about having sex with a porn star, Peixoto said.

Pornographic pictures of Silva are posted on an Internet site that also advertises her adult movies, which include "Legal at Last" and "Dirty Debutantes."

Silva is 5-foot-2, weighs 110 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call Richmond police at (510) 620-6668.

The poor boy.  I'm 19 now, but the idea of having sex with a porn star when you are 15 is really terrifying.  

(Now the drug stuff really is bad.  I’ve never used any sort of illicit drug and certainly don’t plan on it.)

Well that statement is total BULLSHIT.  the reason is that psuedophededrine (oen of the main ingredient in meth) is controlled like prescription drugs here, in most states you can buy them over the counter and at gas stations and such, since we passed that law our meth labs have dropped off alot.

here is 2004 info by state, the 2005 map isnt out yet, but you can see we do have problems but not as bad as alot of other states

First, the fact that the ephedrine or pseudoephedrine sales are monitored (they are not controlled, just monitored) shows that there is a serious meth problem.

Second, don't be fooled by "the map".  Any Narc cop worth his weight will tell you that NO state has seen a DECREASE in meth labs.

Third,  you must understand the politics and buracracy behind a "declared meth lab" and why it does not benefit an agency to uncover a meth lab.

Fourth, Many (in fact most) labs are never discovered or reported if they are discovered.  The reporting process is a huge process.




Here is the sad reality........Meth is growing at a rapid rate.  Most all LE agencies are not properly trained, equipped, or financed to handle them.  Soon, meth will overshadow most all other drugs.  Why?  Because there is no cartel to deal with (although Mexico does have their hand in the Meth Trade), all ingrediants are legal, and any idiot with a tupperware bowl, a box of matches, and some sudafed can make it.  (ok, it's not that easy, but is so easy it will surprise you!)



By the way, two of the formost experts on the stuff are from a task force from......da da dah....Oklahoma!

Thank you.  It's all in how much they (LE depts.) want to go after these scumbags.  They have probably figured out that although you have to do a butt load of paper work, you get a larger share of federal funding as a result.
