Today and tomarrow.

I made the mistake of volunteering for X-mas and X-mas eve thinking about the extra $$ for holiday pay. Then last Wed. "they" decide to make Mon and Fri the holidays which will receive the holiday pay. %!%$!$#$!#!

Today, tomorrow, New Year's Eve, New Year's day......Every freaking holiday this past year!!!!
The worst part about it, I work 6pm to 6am, so I miss all the food

Oh well, there's always leftovers.

Yep, airplanes bust on the holidays just like any other day! But a buddy is working for me the 25th so I can be with my family!

Worked 9-6 today, closed tomorrow but I get holiday pay. I was supposed to be off monday and tuesday but somehow that changed to me having to come in at 5 a.m. monday

Since I had to work Friday, Sat. & Sun. 12 hr shifts my family is not gathering at my house till monday the 26th.
Instead, tonight Christmas Eve, I am here with 3,000 felons all snug in thier bed with visions of sugar plum fairies & other things that dance in thier heads. I along with approx. 75 custody staff will hope for peace on earth and in the cells and dorms of our facility. Merry Christmas!!!!

Yup...patrolling the mean streets of the county. Figured I'd stop by the precinct and screw around on AR15.com....lol...Yeah Im here until 0000 and then again on Christmas, and again on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day...

But on the other hand double time will make my paychecks look sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet.
