Mrs Limaxray had left the three boys (myself +2) in charge of putting up the Christmas tree, and other stuff.
She wasn't as pleased with the results as I was!  Yes, those are high speed/low drag Christmas stockings with names written on a piece of duct tape......can't get more tactical than that! A closeup of our "tree"--the boys contributed a couple of their ornaments, and we even found some presents to put under it.  My 11yo son decided Santa had had enough of the cookies/milk thing, so asked if we could give Santa an alternate snack:
