When I click on something that automatically opens a new window the new window is always minimized and I cannot for the life of me remember how or where to "set" Internet Explorer to open the new windows in full screen mode.

Can anybody help?

Isn't this just a setting that can be changed somewhere?

Quoted:
Close all instances of IE.  Now, launch one copy, and resize and move the window to taste.  Once you are happy with it, close it by clicking the X at the top right corner.

Now, launch IE again.  It should launch with the new size & position.

Now go download FireFox or Opera, Install and enjoy.

Go to the command prompt and type "format c: /u" and reboot, and the problem will be replaced with something that's actually worth complaining about.
