I want it to be Quentin, but I think that is unlikely. Won't be Liz because previews show a SWAT team invading the OR to get her, clearly a false lead. It will be someone with medical knowledge. Possibly Sean's wife? She is a med school drop out and she killed an innocent woman that she though was her mother. |

Quintin is already history and he is too obvious. He's gotta be a red herring. Ain't Liz. Ain't Julia. Ain't Matt. They have planted plenty of hints that it is Christian, but the show would go to crap without him. Got to be Merrill. Hell, he's the only ugly FR on the show!
