I run a small company,8 employees , and it makes me feel good to give the guys 2 weeks pay for a Christmas bonus.

 So , for all you bonus check writters and small business people , pony up , give till it hurts.

 Your crew will thank you in ways you never counted on, working late, putting in a good word etc etc.

 It will usually go to thier families, and loved ones anyway.

 Open up your hearts , 'tis the season !!!!

 

At my company, we give about 6% depending on how the year went. Most of the employees have spent it a week before they get it.

It makes me feel GREAT to give to the guys.

I hope others are enjoying this feeling.

I also hope that those who do not look after thier employees will learn a lesson someday.
