someone i was trading a gun with came up a little short so he threw in a couple of 20rd mags.the floor plates are marked Colt AR-15. whats the deal i have other colt mags that give no model. are these the ones sold with the old ARs. any reason not to beat em up like the rest or are they hard to come buy.

I have Colt AR15/.223; AR15/5.56mm; AR15-M16/5.56mm..

Use 'em, they're nothing out of the ordinary as far as 20rd. mags go.
