Just got a new 250 gig HDD and partitioned it but changed my mind. Now it has a 232 gig partition and 8 gig is in the wind. Can I delete the two sections using FDISK (and how do I get to FDISK? I cant remember!!) right now it's a slave to my old drive so I can get online still.

There are several options.

But remember that whatever partitioning you decide to do will basically erase the data on the disk, so be careful.

Partition Magic works.

The above suggestion inside XP will work too.

Using your Windows XP setup CD will also allow you to fix partitions.
