As a guy, well, NO!

However, my wife has occasion to wear her Kel-Tec P3AT in a Galco thigh holster. I put the question to her and she basically said that it wouldn't work for her because it doesn't come with a garter (what Galco calls a "waist strap" and she didn't think it would be comfortable without it. She says the garter is a key component as it transfers the weight to her hips allowing the band to only be tight enough to keep the weapon from rotating. She thought this one would have to be so tight it would be uncomfortable and for women who are slim (like my wife beautiful wife ) she thought that an accident where the whole rig ended up on the floor would be inevitable.

BTW, her thigh rig only comes out on special occasions where her purse gets too small, usually formal events.

I don't see how this would work for guys - you'd have to stick your arm into your pants down to the elbow. That sure doesn't sound fast or comfortable. Thunderwear would probably be better.
