M39 nagants are far nicer than any 91/30 or M44 that you are thinking of.

I've read only good reviews of the M39 Finish Mosin. If there are any left after Christmas, I'm getting one!

Finnish Mosins are teh ROCK!

They are really great rifles. $250 is par for the course, even with an FFL.

Buy one just to piss off Feinswine, Kennedy, Clintoo, et al.

It's for a greater good: When these poor schmucks realize how cool it is to get firearms shipped to their doorsteps without any FFL involvement, they'll be filling out the C&R paperwork RFN!

(Oops, did I just say that out loud?)

$240 for a shit poker.  Why not spend the $30 and get a C&R so you can buy something nice (and cheap).
