decided to make a spicy soup..


every body that ate it liked it...

then they asked me what was in it..

i showed them this..

What kind of soup? Squirrilza ball? With "noodles"?

1 tree rat
1 carrot
1 celrey stalk
1 onion

simmer 3 hours

remove vegies
remove tree rat..
remove meat from tree rat , toss out bones

add meat back to pot
add salt/pepper/cayan pepper
1 onion minced
1 can chilli spiced tomatos
2 carrots
1 celery
a few dash's of worshtashire
some barly

simmer for 1 hour

Everyone looks at me like a freak when I tell them we used to eat squirrel, pan fried, like chicken.  

I usually really enjoyed those meals too.  Breaded tree-rat and mashed potatoes.  Good eatin.

Just remember, killing a squirrel with anything less than a .338 Lapua round is immoral and inhumane.

I brought my insanely hot salsa one year, along with a more mild version.  I clearly labeled the bowls, but there were still people who dug into the hot one by mistake.  One guy cried, another got a nosebleed.  Sissies.

I always like the look on people faces when I'd serve venison.



most of them look to it with anticipation, but those that don't, it's total revulsion.
