There is always some Central African country in Civil War. But anyone who knows the meaning of World War would know they are not classified as a World War.

The wars that are going on in Africa such as the one in the Congo are not that wide scale to be labeled a world war. They are more Civil Wars than anything. Wars between tribes and class strife. Such as the wars that have plagued Somalia and Rwanda in the past decade. |

Corruption, poverty, famine, overcrowding, money, power, etc. The list is neverending. For as long as the sky is blue, Africa will always be at war with themselves. Between the East and West, lets just keep on selling the hardware to 'em.
