I think telling Mom and Dad is fine. Leave the teachers and the neighbors out of it. There are kids out there that are that stupid, so a silly, simplistic comic strip probably is the only thing they could understand.

Sounds like they had a pro-gun agent write this up. What's the problem with that?

On the one hand, it's a good campaign. On the other, most kids over the age of four are going to look at a cartoon like that and think about how dorky it is. I can remember being young and feeling almost insulted by the level of intelligence that most of the gimmicks aimed at me had. Good idea, but they need a different tactic, as do most publishings aimed at children.
