Well, the exclusive season 5 prequel is included in the season 4 DVD box set; I haven't seen it yet...From what I got out of the commercial, Jack starts season 5 as a fugitive on the run, but it looked like he was still going to be heavily involved in the storyline. It makes sense that they will pick up the storyline with the .gov still trying to cap him...

There is some info about season 5 up at IMDB.com's forums including a little spoiler preview. Jack is back. Some big characters won't be making it to season 6 alive though...
