Edited: I called him and got it. It is Hay River Trading, (715) 357-6054 They do look unusual and sharp on a shorty. |

I just finished talking to Randy at Hay River Trading and the turnaround time on the conversion is 1 day or you can just order the handguards for same day shipping. The cost for the handguards alone is $39 and if you want them to remove the front sight, replace the delta ring and front hg mount, it's $20 more. randy sounded like a real stand up kind of guy so my upper will be on it way to him later today.

I just love the look of those shorty triangles!!! I have them on mine & my daughters shorty AR's. [8D][8D]
They are not too difficult to put on, the front sight removal is just a couple of pins. If you have an upper with the 11.5" barrel with the 5.5" suppressor, then you have to remove the suppressor which is either silver soldered on or silver soldered & pinned on. Mine did'nt have the pin so I used MAP gas to heat up the suppressor & silver solder & promptly removed the suppressor. Thanks for relaying the info thebeekeeper1![:D]! The quality of the pics kinda suck but what can you expect from a cheap webcam.
