First, Thank you, sincerely, for the advice and ideas of how to deal with someone that takes everything Americans try to stand for and screwes them over for it.

Again, for clarity's sake, the dealer is;

DAVID HESS
IRVING FIREARMS
2105 N. O'Connor
Irving, TX  75061
972 554-1456

And no, I am not worried. Everything I've said is true, no B.S. , no ommissions.

TX law specifically states that Defamation is a crime if it is NOT true.

And as a final note, the BATF, both D.C. and Dallas state they will not get involved in this type of incident. Go figure.

DirSec,

Of course the ATF won't get involved.  They are concerned with the interstate commerce in firearms (although, they do a bit more than that under Constitutionally questionable circumstances).  If the dealer logged it in to his books, and did the required Brady check and the 4473, he met their requirements.  If he has/had illegal possesion of your gun, then it is a local matter.

A few questions:

1.  What kind of documentation do you have?

2.  Have you attempted to contact the local DA to see about filing criminal charges?
