If the 94' AWB were still active and these firearms (PS-90 and FS2000) were not a Named inclusion, would they be legal?

From the thread FN Rep. Training.

As *I* see it, no.   No folding stock, no conspicuous grip protruding from the bottom.

What is your take?

Oh, I'm willing to bet the AWB would be "revised" real quick to include all such weapons.  Heck, it might've even been revised to ban all bullpups, period, with the justification that "It's just too easy to illegally SBR a bullpup".

As a ban-stater, I thought about this myself.

I would find it hard to believe that the grip on those weapons would withstand any scrutiny... in such a case it would be safe to have a bare muzzle or perm. attached compensator.

Outside of getting rid of the FS and threads, I don't see a problem.
