On the leg from San Jose to LA I sat at the bulkhead and BS'd the flight attendands. I brought the story up and asked what they knew about it...The looked at each other and got kinda red in the face. I said you aren't the crew are ya??? They acknowleged yes but, were very tight-lipped about it. Said they had been advised by the Corp Legal not to discuss it but, I got a few details out of them.
By the way if you get the chance to come to LA...Pass.

Boot that foul garbed sack of crap. Captain's discretion of course. Captain probably learned to fly courtesy of .mil.
One time when I flew SW, I had a an old blousing band on my carry-on to ID it. Captain saw it and asked me about it. He said he was USMC air (Harrier). It turned out to be the most turbulent flight of my life (unreal) but I never thought twice knowing the Captain survived the Harrier. |

1GUNRUNNER: It would've been interesting to hear what they had to say about the incident. The reason is that many times, they will "tell a different tale." Years ago when I was in high school, I sat in a court room listening to testimony in a trial, and what was reported in the newspaper the next day, you would've swore you were in 2 different trials.

Oh I agree but, I think the legal team had really assured them that keeping their mouth shut was in everyone's best interest.
Afterall they could be blabbing the story to some random guy on board, who could just happen to know how to blab it few thousand of his closest friends.
