Take about 1 & 1/2 pounds of U8 count shrimp:

Then make THE sauce... its based on Shrimp Scampi.

1.5 stick of butter
1 large onion
1 head of garlic (peeled and crushed)
2 tomatoes
1.5 cups of white wine
Salt and pepper to taste

Sautee the onion in butter first until the onion is translucent.... add the garlic for about a minute... add the tomatoes... cook on med heat for about 5-8 minutes then add the wine until it boils.... add salt and pepper to taste. Here comes the kicker... throw it in a food processor until it is liquified. and looks like this:

Then dip all the butterflied shrimp into the sauce and throw it on the BBQ:

Burgers??? Pfffft... small task there...

Depends on my mood, sometimes I will add some Worcestershire sauce to the meat or onion soup mix... But I like to take just  plain old burger, add a slice of cheese, some thick sliced red onion mayo and ketchup on a sesame seed bun... mmmmmm with good old tater tots

Thats a meal son!!!

That sounds like alot of work. I will continue to believe a dirty grill provides extra "seasoning"
