Could the Govt put a Tax on Certain Speech? Lets say if you want to speak out against the Govt, you are free to do so but you must pay a $200.00 tax and submit the proper forms.

I'm assuming you mean the United States. The short answer is no.

They will tax paper first. Using some argument that paper is more enduring that somone's voice.

Might as well, another Constitutional right is taxed, and it shall not be infringed, we might as well do for all as we do for one.

i kind of wish they would.

then people would realize what that whole "...foreign AND DOMESTIC..." thing meant and we might actually be able to get our guns back.

they censor speech, citing "national security!"

You haven't read up on the McCain-Feingold ~~free speech violation~~ Campaign Finance Reform Act, have you?

Political speech is heavily regulated by that law, that Bush signed and SCOTUS upheld.

So much for "Congress shall make no law..."
