This is the correct answer. Barrels must be at least 18". Overall length must be at least 26". Rifles must have 16" barrels. Of course rifles and shotguns can legally have shorter barrels with the proper tax stamp. Beat me by a minute and two seconds. (How long it took me to type) |

Federally, all black powder firearms are exempt. (State laws vary though) |
