Sigh.
The 1066 line is the Cameroon wrapper. Same filler/binder as the regular Excalibur line. The regular Excalibur line has both Connecticut Shade and Maduro wrappers. There is also a new line called Excaliber Sterling that has a claro wrapper, same basic binder/filler.
The Excaliber line is a fine smoke, mild to some medium body. Very smooth usually a good steady burn with some spicyness if it's a good year.
Slighty overpriced a good buy if you catch a box on sale. I prefer the Maduro but readily accept the natural. The 1066 cameroon was a bit of a disappointment a bit on the bitter side. I haven't had one in two years now, they may have improved.
If you like cameroon wrappers I'd either go with the La Auroras (a fine consistent smoke, Dominican but with some kick, relatively inexpensive even more so if ordered online) or a 858 Fuente.
But that's just me.
