not shit, trying to find some pie for the night. Depending on the quality of the useless flesh around that pie, I may need to drink heavily.

I scored 2 bottles of DogFish Head 120minute IPA from a friend. This stuff is $169.00 a case locally.
I'm having one now. Let me tell you, if you've never had a 20% beer, there's no way to describe it to you. www.dogfish.com/beer/120minuteipa.cfm |

For some reason tonight I wanted sake bombers. It has been some time. I went up to the liquor store got what I needed and now I'm having sake bombers. I'm thinking at this point it was a bad idea.

Please do explain! |

Sushi - I really enjoy maki & nigiri, hell almost all of it... Sake, never tried it. So, are you gonna answer or just sit there on your horse... |

Whenever I have Sushi, I like to drink Rising Sun, sake and plum wine. |

Sake Bombers.
wow, sorry guys, I thought everyone knew what they were. It is usually done with a japanese beer such as Kirin or Ahsi (sp?) and of course sake. The sake comes in sake cups and the beer comes in its bottle with a separate glass. You pour the beer into a short glass with a wide top and the sake into a little sake cup (the sake is usually warm) and then traditionally it is placed on top of a pair of chopsticks across the top of the larger glass full of the beer. You slam your hand on the table and the chopsticks move and the little glass of sake drops into the large glass of beer like a bomb. You promptly drink it down. There are easier and less messy ways to do it, but it still involves japanese beer and sake. |

Thank you! |

dammit steve. I spent all that time typing and you ruined it with a spectacular post with a picture in it. thanks though, I'm probably not that fit for explaining at this point anyways. |

Well, like a black and tan, except different.
Instead of Guinness I use Beamish Stout. Instead of Bass Ale I used Hornsby Hard Cider, althought the Ace Pear Cider is good too. You pour in the cider first, then carefully add the stout on top, so it doesn't fully mix. You'll see two visible layers. If you need to, pour over a spoon to reduce the mixing from excess splash effect. |
