Nice spot there, eagle eyes!

No wonder why AZ-K9 has such good manners. Probably took a few roundhouses with those things as a kid!

Nice, mags shouldn't be hard to find. That's a good CCW or boot gun.

In fact - go edit the first post, delete the pic from whatever photoserver you used, find out if they RETAIN them at all (and try to get a buudy to hack `em if they do) and change the name of the title... then plead ignorance if anyone ever mentions it again. (I won't say anything.)

Try Numrich parts for a mag.  If they don't have it I doubt anyone will unless you just stumble into one at a pawnshop or something.

Good luck trying to find a mag to fit a vintage Beretta. My father and I have been looking for a mag to fit a Model 20 in 25 ACP for about a year and a half with no luck.

WOW! No 25 bashing posts! Im surprised. Very nice capper ya got there. And when the 25 cal bashing starts ask for a volunteer to shoot in the face a few times.

I like mine

What is a throwdown gun and why shouldn't one talk about it?

I wouldn't waste much time looking for a mag. Load one round and remember, as we've heard so many times..........

"Shot placement is more important than caliber!"

We have a model 416 beretta .25 that my grandma gave my dad! Nice gun, did anyone notice that the person holding the weapon had brass knuckles in the background!?

ETA:

You're not supposed to get your fingerprints on a throwdown gat..

According to legend, it is a completely cold weapon which is dropped on or near the person of a deceased BG after an injudicious shooting, in order to support the good guy's claim of self-defense. Its usefulness is impaired if people know you have it.

Seems a little blasphemous to use a vintage Beretta as a drop gun.  Go get a Lorcin, Raven , Jennings, etc off of somebody shady and keep it hidden well or get a knife.

but a raven, jennings, or whatever might not work well enough to thrown down to begin with

My mother was given a Beretta 22 in a nice wood box when I ws a kid by a few of the "boys" she used to send telegrams for found out that a local scum was stalking her. She was considered a stand up gal since she could never remember what she had sent out from the western union teletype. Mom has never told me what happened to that Beretta, but she has told me that one night(she worked nights to support three kids with no husband) the scum came into the office tanked up and talking what he was going to do to her when she got off and a couple of the "boys" were sending a 'gram. The scum was never seen in town again and MOM don't talk about it.
