Bride and I had a "date Night" and we went to the Angels vs. Yankees game. I swear some people take this game to the EXTREME!!!!! I saw three fights just in our section alone.

Although it was kind of funny when in the 7th inning the Angels were winning and I was in the mens room and an Angels fan walks in and says "You Yankee fans really quiet up when youre losing HUH???"

Anyway... all in all it was a great time Angels won and Yankees ~~suck~~ lost !!

J/K... Yankees are a fun team to watch... Off to NY we go.

shit, the other night the "WIFE" (happy now?) and I went out to dinner and we were holding hands like we did when we were dating... same with the game tonight..... I dont know... I kinda like her.

lol.. I just get a little pissed when people claim that the yankees "buy" championships. They do have the largest salary base, but they have yet to win a world series in five years. The "underdog" redsox have the second highest, and then you have the wildly successful mets. but wait... why is that?

They sell tickets.

They sell merchandise.

Tampa Bay's total team salary is the equivalent of our left infield. Wonder why?

NO FANS AT THE PARK.

The same people that bitch about welfare and socialism sure seem to have a problem when it pertains to competitive sports.

Good to see someone happy in marriage. Most I know range from miserable to strangers to co-existing especially after a few years and kids.

Oh Fans kill me... being in the east coast you probably didnt catch it but the last few games of Oakland A's and Texas Rangers the amount of fans that showed up was SHAMEFUL!!!

Angels Attendance ranked SECOND only behind the Yankees... and the reason for that is that Yankees have a bigger stadium.

I remember when I first started going to Angel games 6 years ago, it was so easy to get GREAT seats the day of the game and they were cheap... Now you are lucky to get nosebleed seats. Im glad they are doing great.

Back in the '70s, I called Atlanta Stadium to see what time the game started and they asked "when can you get here".

Seriously, back then after about the 2nd inning, you could pretty much sit where you wanted.

They can buy all the star players they want but that doesnt gaurentee them a championship. A few stars and great roll players are much better as a team then a tam full of stars. Thats why the yankees havent been winning. Never really liked baseball but the series are fun the watch. Like the Yankess cause I;m from NY. I'd prob hate them if I was from somewhere else.

I always was a Angel fan. used to go with my parents when I was growing up. I cant stand how they keep renaming the team. what is it now the Los Angeles Angels?
